On our drive to THE CITY Tuesday, anyone from Florida might have thought the white stuff on the side of the road was sand. IT WAS NOT SAND! The water flowing over the rocks along Neel's Gap was beautiful as icicles.  There was frost on the road and some of the hairpin turns looked especially treacherous.
