Finally finished last Saturday's BOW but I am not at all satisfied. I am due to have company again so no doubt the block of the week will be Carpenter's Star or something else equally nightmarish. If this block was supposed to separate the wheat from the chaff, I think chaff just picked me to play for their side.
I did not even get the second block done because I have to finish other things on my list.Here is a picture of it, ready to be appliqued.
