On difficult days, I wear his wedding ring on a chain next to my heart. Or, one of Oregon-Sister-in-Law's scarves. Today, I wear both.

This afternoon, I will go for a walk. If it is raining outside, I will be on the treadmill.

At the end of the day, I will have a hot cup of tea and I will say, "Today was a good day." And I will believe it.
